Influencer and Ambassador Program

We're looking for people who have had a Motor Vehicle, Bicycle, or Pedestrian Accident recently who want to share their experience of how hard it can be finding, retaining and working with a Lawyer (especially if you haven't got a Lawyer). We're looking for people to contribute to our social media and tell their story.

If you haven't had an accident, you can still provide a Reel telling people about their rights to justice and compensation after a car accident, bike accident or other personal injury accident in Ontario. We will provide talking points and all you have to do is create a 15-30 second Instagram/Tiktok Reel.

Yes - it's that easy to help people get justice after an Accident!

If you want to help make it easier for people to find help in future after an accident, your contribution to our social media would be immensely valuable!

Requirements & Process

First of all, contact us to let us know who you are, if you have an audience (however big!), and what you think you could offer FORTIS MLC. From there, the process is as follows:

  1. Look at the Influencer Menu and pick a topic (i.e., accessing justice after an accident)

  2. Look at the Example Reels (below) and get an idea of what we’re looking for

  3. Submit a draft concept or idea for us to look at

  4. We make any changes (or none at all!)

  5. You decide whether you want to also share content or just create it. You can share to Tiktok, IG, FB or other channels

  6. Once approved, you send us the video files (MP4) and we agree on payment amount.

  7. You get paid in Canadian Dollars (e-transfer or Paypal) & content is shared. Easy!

Example Reels/Tiktoks

Using the ‘Influencer Menu’ topic and content ideas, we are looking for videos very similar in style to these videos from a competitior in Florida. We love their content, how it’s delivered and how direct & informative it is.

We’re looking for the following:

  • Language that’s relatable and not too “legal” sounding

  • Direct and informative

  • Upbeat and energetic

  • In a style that speaks to your audience & yourself

  • Be creative!

  • Use captions if possible

  • Keep it short (15 - 30 seconds)

  • Get people’s attention within the first 5 seconds

  • Before publishing or sharing, we will check any legal language (for your peace of mind) and also include a disclaimer
